Jackaroo & Bug

Jackaroo & Bug was created by mother of two Hannah.

I originally started out studying Occupational Therapy in Oxford before moving to London and taking a career change, ending up working as a Project Manager at Google. After 11 years in London I moved down to West Berkshire with my young family and in between looking after my children and 2 dogs started to revisit my creative side something that had lain dormant since A-levels (umm.......more than a decade ago!).

After painting for 2 years selling paintings Internationally and undertaking a number of commission Jackaroo & Bug was formed.

The idea behind Jackaroo & Bug started when I was looking for china tableware for my children. I wanted to create tableware that was striking and visually appealing for both parent and child and suitable for everyday use.

I pride myself on the highest quality products with exceptional attention to detail and finish. Only selling beautiful things that I would absolutely love to own myself and more importantly my children.

Jackaroo & Bug currently features 4 designs all hand drawn by me and turned into beautiful plates, bowls and mugs in Stoke-on-Trent: all UK made.
